Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: We take a great deal of care with the picking and packing of your order and as such may take up to three working days to leave us.
Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: Orders for the UK should be delivered within 5 working days depending on the service you have chosen. Orders outside the UK but within the European Union should be delivered within 7-10 working days. Orders outside the EU should be delivered within 14-20 working days of despatch. Q: My order UK hasn't arrived, what should I do?
A: If your order is being delivered within the UK on untracked Royal Mail, please allow six business days after receipt of the despatch email before contacting us. For Royal Mail Tracked, please contact us the day after your goods were due to be delivered. Royal Mail can deliver your parcel up to 6pm, Monday-Saturday.
Q: My EU order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
A: Please check your tracking. It is very likely that an attempted delivery was made and your goods are being held at your local post office. Please allow 10 business days from dispatch before to elapse before contacting us.
Q: My International order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
A: Please check your tracking. It is very likely that an attempted delivery was made and your goods are being held at your local post office. Please allow 25 business days from dispatch before to elapse before contacting us.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Royal Mail First Class standard delivery is not a tracked service. However, delivery is very reliable. All Royal Mail Tracked, International and EU standard orders, and all express delivery orders are tracked and signed. We will email your tracking number to you upon dispatch. If your order has not arrived within the delivery dates stated above, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
